Rev. Dr. Michelle R. Brown

Founder and President of  Catalyst Enterprises International, Dr. Michelle Brown’s mission is to “help organizations and individuals turn potential into performance.” Headquartered in Dover, Delaware, Catalyst Enterprises provides consulting services to churches and nonprofit organizations to nurture the true potential of their people, create efficient administrative processes and develop effective programming to fulfill their God–given vision.  As an Organizational Strategist and Performance Consultant, Dr. Brown has conducted leadership development and process improvement programs for corporations and nonprofit organizations in the United States, Central America, South America, Europe, and Africa.

Working with people at all levels of an organization, Dr. Brown has facilitated the development of strategic and business plans, implemented mechanisms to improve internal processes and cycle time.  Her expertise has groomed a diversity of leaders from Corporate CEO’s to Executive Directors and Pastors for their new and diverse roles.  Dr. Brown’s thinking style assists organizations in recognizing and breaking through existing paradigms, solving recurrent problems and generating non-traditional approaches to working through difficult situations.  She understands the distinction between simply conducting “training sessions” and facilitating meetings with potentially complex subject matter. 

Recognized in Delaware Today Magazine as one of the top 20 Outstanding Woman Owned Businesses in 2008,  Dr. Brown works closely with clients to develop Purpose-Filled People,  Prioritized Plans and Pertinent Processes to yield Peak Performance far beyond their expectations.  Her understanding of multiple industries and appreciation of diverse work cultures has been a driving force in her ability to guide people in a positive direction and improve their business and personal skills.  In addition to motivating and inspiring her audience, Dr. Brown’s clients achieve positive, sustainable and measurable results.

With a sincere passion for giving back to the youth in her community, Dr. Brown launched World Changers Empowerment Center (WCEC).  This non-profit organization is committed to the personal development of young women through instruction in practical leadership and entrepreneurial skills with emphasis on strong moral values.  Additionally, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Delaware, The Greater Dover Unit Boys and Girls Club, co-founder of The Delaware Youth Leadership Academy and as an advisor for the Delaware Community Foundation’s Youth Philanthropy Board.
